Localization Manager

Job description

Your role focuses on developing local supply chains, establishing military industry partnerships, leveraging national talent, and transferring technology and intellectual property to the global industry. You will manage coordination and development of industrialization concepts and proposals, support negotiation of industrial agreements, and coordinate global supply chain arrangements. You will execute all phases of the global industrialization program from concept development to program execution, collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Global Trade, and Finance. You will work with landed companies and government authorities to build relationships with local customers and stakeholders, ensuring program growth, accurate forecasting, and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• EVMS certification
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• experience leading and managing proposals (Submit Gate) and creating management, technical or cost proposals
• experience interfacing with customers at all levels
• expert knowledge of the international offset and localization market
• ability to identify best practices and apply them in a global environment
• ability to establish strong customer relationships
• program management experience with P&L ownership
• PM Level 4 certification or equivalent
• advanced degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience
