We provide technology‑driven logistics supply‑chain solutions. We develop warehouse development plans, standards and annual systems. We build a warehouse management system. We plan warehouse distribution and equipment. We boost efficiency through smart transformation. We coordinate receipt, storage, inventory inspection and order processing. We monitor inventory turnover rates and accuracy. We improve workflow and resource allocation to reduce errors and losses. We analyze cost structure (labor, equipment, space). We set cost‑reduction strategies. We monitor labor productivity and space efficiency to enhance effectiveness and save costs. We manage hiring, training and evaluating the warehouse team. We improve organizational structure. We establish safety management systems. We handle exceptions and emergencies to prevent hazards. We collaborate with logistics and sales departments to coordinate supply‑chain resources and improve services based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• · Managing the processes of receiving, storing, checking inventory, and processing orders.
• · Coordinating the distribution of warehouses and their equipment and developing warehouse development plans.
• · Monitor inventory turnover rates, accuracy, and analyze cost structure.
• · Develop strategies to reduce costs, improve work processes, and allocate resources.
• · Manage the recruitment, training and evaluation of the warehouse team and improve the organizational structure.
