Retail Inventory Controller

Job description

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels across systems, stores, and warehouse, ensuring proper retail controls and procedures are applied at store level and delivering accurate STOH information to the Senior Retail Operations Manager and Senior Consumer Excellence Manager. Generates daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports and conducts detailed item performance analysis, develops accurate and consistent inventory reporting structures, identifies high‑turn and low‑turn items and communicates reports to relevant teams, controls inventory adjustments and performs quantity and price variance analysis, conducts diligent investigations to resolve system issues, maintains high levels of internal and external customer service, minimizes store stock data inaccuracies, drives stock audit process from planning to execution, manages stock items and revenue accurately in aLS and SAP for 100% alignment, organizes large data sets, proactively proposes process changes to prevent irregularities, handles store receiving and shipping of inventory, including EOS and inter‑branch transfers, reports investigation results and loss‑prevention findings directly to the Senior Retail Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Advanced user of MS Office suite
• fluent in English and Arabic
• university degree or diploma
• 3-4 years of retail inventory control experience with business focus
• industry experience in sports or consumer goods
