Medical Science Liaison (Biosimilar)

Job description

Responsible for providing scientific and technical support and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers. Assist on special projects including medical affairs, continuing medical education, advisory boards, scientific reviews, local clinical trials and investigator meetings. Respond to internal and external queries with accurate scientific and medical information. Deliver credible scientific presentations to physicians individually or in groups. Build relationships with medical societies to expand research and educational partnerships. Participate in selection of qualified physicians and KOLs for collaborations. Monitor competitor intelligence and communicate insights within the company. Attend scientific society meetings and summarize key messages for internal use. Support sales, marketing and internal teams with scientific updates and training. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine or pharmacy
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license
• proficiency in English
• proficiency in Arabic
• minimum 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with biosimilar products (oncology, immunology, or hematology)
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• strong interpersonal skills
