Export Specialist

Job description

We are looking for individuals who want to help us bring happiness to the world. You should have experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations, including export documentation, shipment execution, and coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, and government authorities. You should be able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously. You should have strong communication skills with internal teams, freight forwarders, and government authorities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or International Trade
• Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations, SFDA processes, COO/HC legalization, and customs procedures
• Experience handling land and sea exports, including GCC cross-border shipments
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, insurance declarations, and government portals
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and export tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or International Trade
