Global Mobility Specialist

Job description

the employer is seeking a seasoned Global Mobility Specialist to join the IMEA Mobility & Security team. The role is based in Riyadh. The specialist supports the Global Mobility Manager in delivering compliant, employee‑focused mobility services across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain, with additional GCC support as needed. Responsibilities include coordinating immigration and mobility activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting employees through relevant processes, and preparing employee letters and documentation. The role works closely with HC Operations, Recruiting, Talent Management, business stakeholders and external providers to ensure a consistent employee experience while adhering to local requirements and the employer policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or 3–4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• minimum 2–3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HC Operations or a related field, preferably with GCC immigration experience in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain
• strong proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• experience with HC, Global Mobility or case‑management systems is advantageous
• strong client‑service orientation focusing on positive employee experience
• excellent organizational, prioritization and follow‑up skills
• ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• self‑starter with ownership and accountability, able to work independently
• practical problem‑solver with proactive mindset
