Job description

As a Hostess at Café Boulud, you are the first point of contact, welcoming guests, managing reservations and table assignments, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure. You work closely with restaurant management and service teams to coordinate flow, maximize seating efficiency, and respond promptly to guest inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• six months to one year experience in a restaurant, food & beverage or guest service environment
• strong guest service and interpersonal skills
• excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic
• working knowledge of restaurant reservation systems (SevenRooms experience is an advantage)
• basic computer proficiency
• strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• professional appearance and grooming in accordance with the employer standards
• position open to Saudi nationals only
