The Director of Banquets is responsible for operational and financial management of the banquet operation, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring seamless event execution in line with company standards.

Requirements

• minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment
• reading, writing and oral proficiency in Arabic and English
• willingness to work a flexible schedule and holidays
• self‑motivator and motivator of others
• work in a safe, prudent and organized manner
• in‑depth knowledge of food and preparation
• in‑depth knowledge of wine
• ability to relate to all levels of guests and management
• ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• excellent communication and organization skills
• ability to consistently delight and satisfy guests
• ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner
• excellent attention to detail and extensive service knowledge
