Cloud Architect - AI

Job description

Job Summary: Serves as a subject matter expert in the employer infrastructure and cloud technology, focusing on the employer AI and MLOps, based in Saudi Arabia. Answers best‑practice questions on automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability and failover, and leads on‑site delivery of the employer technology. Understands customers' infrastructures and business challenges and provides appropriate recommendations. What you will do: act as a customer advocate designing innovative, reliable solutions; deliver discovery, analysis and design workshops for technical and non‑technical teams; scope delivery projects and guide customers through pilot and production deployments; create content to enable the employer’s sales, services and support at scale; contribute to repeatable methodologies and tools to lower delivery risk; lead delivery of the employer solutions using the employer tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a consulting role
• ability to deliver one‑on‑one assignments
• strong customer‑facing skills
• ability to present to customers and lead interactions
• excellent knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies at a delivery level
• knowledge of one or more the employer infrastructure solutions such as the employer OpenShift Container Platform or the employer Ansible Automation Platform
• excellent problem‑solving and planning skills
• proficient written and verbal Arabic and English
• strong knowledge of AI technologies and the employer OpenShift AI
• the employer Certified Architect (RHCA) certification
• the employer Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification
