Field Food Safety Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a Field Food Safety Specialist to join a technology company that provides a digital platform to help food manufacturers improve compliance with food safety regulations and tracking and recall. The main tasks include conducting field visits to food factories, supporting customers in applying food safety and tracking and recall requirements, conducting technical assessments and making recommendations to improve compliance, and training customers on using the platform and following best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in the food industry
• knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP)
• experience or practical knowledge of food tracking and recall systems
• good communication skills and willingness to conduct field visits
