Career Opportunity Riyadh Smart Solutions Company announces the availability of a job vacancy to work in the city of Riyadh: Job Title: Project Coordinator for Technical Support and Device Maintenance Number of Vacancies: 1 Work Location: Riyadh Nationality: Saudi *Required qualifications and specializations: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related specialty. • At least two years of experience in technical support projects or computer maintenance. • Good knowledge of maintenance, technical support, computers and peripheral devices. • The ability to coordinate and follow up on work teams and technical requests. • Good skills in preparing reports, follow-up and communication. • Proficiency in Arabic and English. • PMP, CAPM or ITIL certification is preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• at least 2 years experience in technical support projects or computer equipment maintenance
• good knowledge of maintenance tasks, technical support, computer hardware and peripherals
• ability to coordinate and follow up work teams and technical requests
• strong skills in report preparation, monitoring and communication
• proficiency in Arabic and English
• PMP, CAPM or ITIL certification preferred
