Job description

Executes the vision and strategic plan set by the CEO and the Board of Directors. Oversees all daily operations and company performance. Leads and develops the senior leadership team. Builds relationships with the Board, government entities, partners and regulatory bodies. Identifies new business opportunities, develops partnerships and drives sustainable growth. Ensures highest standards of governance, legal compliance and sound financial management. Promotes a corporate culture of outstanding performance, excellence and accountability. Provides periodic reports and executive recommendations to the CEO and implements his decisions accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience
• proven track record in expanding business scope and delivering strong financial and operational results
• exceptional leadership skills
• effective communication
• precise strategic and operational decision‑making
• extensive experience managing complex multi‑stakeholder environments
• ability to work under direct guidance of the CEO with full adherence to his decisions and recommendations
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• strong engineering background
