Warehouse Manager

Job description

The Warehouse Manager oversees daily operations of the event fabrication workshop in a fast-paced, bespoke environment. Manages receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials (wood, metal, foam, textiles) and custom-built finished assets, ensuring secure storage and timely delivery to job sites. Maintains inventory accuracy, leads the warehouse team, and ensures a safe, efficient workplace while collaborating with installation and project managers to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in an event fabrication environment
• Bachelor's degree in warehouse/logistics management, business administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team under high-pressure, deadline-driven scenarios
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle tight deadlines and unexpected last‑minute project changes
• Basic understanding of event construction materials (welding, carpentry, printing, foam, fabric)
• Ability to resolve complex technical issues under tight deadlines
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
