Responsibilities include: leading on-site supervision of interior finishes and themed works, conducting comprehensive site inspections, managing the sample and mock-up programme on site, inspecting factory fabrication and pre-delivery verification, overseeing fit-out installation coordination, and coordinating with the Design Intent Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline · Minimum 12 years of professional experience in interior design, with extensive demonstrated expertise in themed environments, hospitality, or entertainment design · Advanced proficiency in CAD software and design visualisation tools · Comprehensive knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and fabrication processes · Extensive experience managing shop drawings, material submissions, and First Article inspections across multiple projects · Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams · Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail with established commitment to quality assurance and workmanship standards · Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior-level stakeholder engagement and project leadership
