Kids Club Entertainer/Animator

Job description

Works at Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea, part of Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Project, providing a luxury guest experience. Delivers warm, personalized, professional service to children and parents at all times. Creates a fun, welcoming, inclusive environment within the Kids Club, ensuring children feel engaged, safe, and valued during activities. Maintains luxury hospitality standards and upholds the Raffles brand image. Organizes and leads daily entertainment programs including games, arts & crafts, educational activities, storytelling, sports, and themed events. Conducts indoor and outdoor activities suitable for different age groups, participates in resort events, celebrations, and seasonal programs. Assists in preparing activity schedules and creative concepts for children's entertainment. Ensures safety and wellbeing of all supervised children, follows child protection and emergency procedures, maintains accurate registration and sign‑in/out records, and reports accidents or concerns immediately. Complies with resort health and safety policies. Maintains cleanliness, organization, and presentation of Kids Club facilities, ensures toys and equipment are properly maintained and sanitized, monitors inventory of activity supplies and reports replenishment needs. Supports opening and closing procedures and assists other recreation operations as required. Collaborates with Recreation, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, participates in departmental meetings and training, promotes teamwork and contributes positively to resort culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Kids Club, childcare, entertainment, hospitality, or recreational activities
• experience in luxury hospitality advantage
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• energetic, creative, outgoing personality
• ability to work with children of different age groups and cultural backgrounds
• basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
• good command of English, additional languages advantage
• ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• ability to stand and move actively for extended periods
• ability to participate in sports, dancing, games, and outdoor activities
• capability to lift and carry activity materials when required.
