The Kids Club/Youth Club Assistant Manager supports the management and daily operation of the hotel’s Kids Club, Youth Club, and recreational activities, ensuring engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children, teenagers, and families. The role assists in leading the Recreation team, developing creative activity programs, maintaining the highest standards of safety and supervision, and delivering personalized experiences aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation, Sports Management, Child Development, Education, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in Kids Club, Youth Club, Recreation, Family Experience, or a similar hospitality environment. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred. Luxury hotel, resort, or family
• focused hospitality experience is highly desirable. Good knowledge of recreational programming and age
