F&B Outlets Manager

Job description

Join a hotel that is part of the the employer network, which includes over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations. The role focuses on operational leadership of daily Food & Beverage activities, hands‑on floor supervision, team performance, guest satisfaction, sales results and compliance with hotel and brand standards. Responsibilities include overseeing all F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with service standards, presentation, ambiance and staff attitude, delivering a consistent exceptional guest experience, leading and supporting outlet managers, supervisors and team members, monitoring operational performance, guest satisfaction and sales targets, identifying gaps and applying corrective actions, conducting daily pre‑shift briefings, addressing guest complaints and feedback, supporting outlet revenue and upselling goals, executing menus, promotions and events, improving suggestive selling, adhering to SOPs, food safety, hygiene and health standards, preparing operational reports and action plans, collaborating with F&B management and other hotel departments, following up on operational commitments, and performing any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar F&B Outlets Manager or F&B Manager role
• Strong Food & Beverage operational skills with a hands‑on management approach
• Strong administration, reporting and organizational skills
• Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets or high‑volume operations
• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
• Good knowledge of guest service standards, upselling and revenue generation
• Experience in Makkah hotel operations considered a strong advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Good command of English
• Arabic is an advantage
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.
