We are looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team in Makkah. If you have a proven track record in hotel or high-end dining operations, we would love to connect with you. Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Employment Type: Full-time. Industry: Hospitality / Hotels & Restaurants. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Front of House (FOH) operations to ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence. Lead, train, and motivate the service staff to maintain high performance and service standards. Warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and address feedback or complaints professionally to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Maintain seamless coordination between the kitchen team and dining room floor staff. Strictly enforce health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards throughout the venue

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager strictly within hotels or fine dining/high-end restaurants. Leadership Skills: Strong team management, effective communication, and problem-solving capabilities under pressure. Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
