Job description

Leads the full talent acquisition strategy for the property, ensuring attraction, selection, and onboarding of exceptional talent aligned with brand culture and service philosophy. Reports to the Director of People & Culture and partners with department heads to build high‑performing teams while delivering a seamless candidate experience. Combines strategic workforce planning with hands‑on recruitment to maintain strong talent pipelines, efficient hiring processes, and consistent employer branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization regulations and compliance requirements
• proven experience achieving and managing nationalization targets
• established network within the Saudi talent market and educational institutions preferred
• strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• excellent interviewing, assessment and negotiation abilities
• fluent in English
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred
