Job description

Full‑time HR Business Partner – Services in Saudi Arabia. You will align HR strategies with business objectives, boost employee engagement and retention, improve organizational performance, manage risk and compliance, and attract top talent. Daily duties include advising business on HR matters, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance, supporting management on HR issues, managing recruitment processes – workforce planning, candidate sourcing, selection and onboarding – and developing staff through coaching, performance management, development plans and training while monitoring metrics and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Saudi national only
• experience or understanding of generalist HR management covering all HR practice areas
• professional expertise in employment law, redundancies, payroll and employee relations
• university degree in HR, psychology, business studies, social science or economics, MBA with HR specialization preferred
• knowledge of 10 years HR experience in a similar industry/environment
• familiarity with influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
