This role aims to improve the lives of employees through strategic partnership with business leaders and close interaction with employees at all levels. It also balances strategic vision with practical implementation, manages complex employee affairs, drives initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities in performance and talent, and improves organizational culture to enhance employee experience. The location is in our central team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically in one of Riyadh's warehouses.
