Job description

The manager will be responsible for leading a team of employees, motivating them to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. This includes providing the necessary tools for success, driving productivity and efficiency improvements, making data-driven decisions, and analytically solving problems. Additionally, the manager will play a key role in meeting customer expectations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
