We aim to build a world‑class team and leverage technology and data to continuously improve all aspects of our operations. As a fashion specialist, you will strive to achieve individual and overall sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and managing customer relationships. Your responsibilities include collecting data on customer behavior and best‑selling products, strengthening customer relationships across multiple channels, providing product information before purchase, enhancing employee loyalty, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures, ensuring e‑commerce purchases are completed and collected in‑store, obtaining customer data for marketing needs, promoting the MUSE loyalty program, supporting in‑store marketing events, keeping up with brand social‑media campaigns, driving in‑store sales, supporting customer experience initiatives, and communicating feedback on what works and what does not in the store. Location: Eastern Province.

Requirements

• Collect data on customer behavior and product sales
• Strengthen relationships with customers across multiple channels
• Provide product information to customers before purchase
• Enhance employee loyalty metrics
• Comply with visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Ensure e‑commerce purchase and in‑store pickup as per service agreements
• Obtain customer data per marketing team requirements
• Promote the MUSE customer loyalty program
• Support in‑store marketing activities
• Follow all brand social‑media campaigns
• Drive in‑store sales
• Support customer experience initiatives
• Communicate feedback on effective and ineffective practices
• Preferred experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands
