Job description

The company aims to excel as a hybrid luxury retailer with a portfolio of more than ten owned brands and distribution for over 400 international names in luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre. The role supports employee experience and culture by assisting HR in implementing employee experience programs, collecting feedback, supporting internal events, and preparing reports on satisfaction indicators.
