Job description

The Luxury Tech Consultant at the employer is responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key duties include accountability for store sell‑out targets; building relationships with category managers; monitoring daily and weekly sales performance of each expert; supervising, motivating and managing a permanent team of experts to achieve targets; maintaining accurate sales and activity records; improving expert performance and skills; ensuring appropriate in‑store stock levels; fostering a positive, high‑energy team environment; addressing performance issues; and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience in retail (fashion, jewellery, accessories, technology)
• English language proficiency
• 2 years' experience
• Excel skills
