MCC Duty Manager

Job description

The MCC Duty Manager supervises and controls the MCC operations to provide centralized coordination of maintenance activities for the FAD fleet, operating within the FAD Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC). Key responsibilities: Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with approved documentation. Provide technical expertise and guidance to in-house and contracted maintenance teams. Monitor maintenance performance and coordinate timely aircraft release to support the flight schedule. Execute established communication processes with all internal stakeholders. Monitor technical delays and coordinate with OCC, Maintenance Planning, and Aircraft Scheduling to mitigate operational impact. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure rapid aircraft recovery during AOG situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or related field
• Experience in maintenance operations and management of maintenance control centers
• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and approved maintenance procedures
