Marmar Contracting announces a vacancy for a Senior Technical Engineer in the Procurement Department located in Riyadh. The role involves evaluating technical requirements, reviewing engineering drawings and specifications, managing technical aspects of procurement, coordinating with project and engineering teams, and ensuring timely procurement of compliant materials and services. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and BOQs, preparing RFQs, evaluating technical and commercial offers, negotiating with suppliers, tracking purchase orders, ensuring material compliance with specifications, coordinating consultant approvals, and preparing procurement status reports

Requirements

• strong technical engineering background combined with hands‑on procurement experience in the construction and contracting industry
• hands‑on procurement experience within finishing and fit‑out projects
