Compliance and Risk Specialist

Job description

The specialist ensures the company complies with regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Commerce, SADAIA and related regulatory bodies. Responsibilities include preparing and updating compliance, governance and risk‑management policies and procedures; monitoring legislative updates and analyzing their impact on business; conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans; coordinating with regulatory authorities and overseeing inspections and visits; preparing periodic reports for senior management; and raising compliance awareness within the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Law, Risk Management or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Strong knowledge of regulations and legislation
• Hands‑on experience dealing directly with government and regulatory authorities
• High analytical skills and accuracy
• Proficiency in English
