Business Leader - Process and Automation Solutions is responsible for leading project business and automation solutions in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the delivery of top-notch automation and control solutions while achieving safety, quality, timeline, customer satisfaction, and financial goals. The role works with Sales and Marketing to build opportunity pipelines, shape growth initiatives, and convert opportunities into profitable orders. The role leads the pace of business operations and is responsible for the results of the annual operating plan, including orders, revenue, income, cash flow, productivity, investment, and workforce planning. Requirements

• Basic skills and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or an advanced business degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience in industrial automation, process automation, or a related industrial sector.
• Proven experience in managing profit and loss projects, achieving revenue, profitability, and cash flow results.
• General management or operational leadership experience in a complex and matrixed organization.
