As a Night Manager you oversee overnight hotel operations and deliver memorable experiences. • Manage nightly audits and reconciliation ensuring accurate financial reporting and internal control compliance. • Drive financial reconciliation across departments with complete and accurate posting. • Verify payment and credit‑card transactions and resolve complex discrepancies. • Analyze and improve processes by identifying reporting anomalies, assessing root causes and collaborating with department leaders. • Support overnight operations by partnering with the Night Manager to address guest issues and assist in emergencies. • Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, performance monitoring and fostering a positive work environment.
