AI Engineer, Specialist

Job description

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master Works, delivers AI-powered solutions that help organizations automate operations, boost efficiency, and drive innovation. Nabeh is seeking an AI Engineer, Specialist to develop, optimize, test, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions across Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech AI, and Generative AI. Responsibilities include designing, developing, training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models; building AI solutions in Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech; preparing, processing, and managing datasets; integrating AI models into enterprise applications via REST APIs; supporting model deployment on cloud, on-premises, and edge environments; collaborating with AI, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams to move prototypes to production; and monitoring model performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering and model development
• strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• knowledge of Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and Speech AI
• experience with REST APIs, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy
• familiarity with Git, Docker, and foundational MLOps practices
• understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle including development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
