Oversee management and monitoring of daily technical projects and activities. Coordinate and communicate with operating companies and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with requirements. Operate systems and technical services, guaranteeing continuity. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and technical equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement and development of systems and technical procedures. Prepare periodic reports and track performance indicators. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and apply best technical practices. Translate related department requirements into actionable specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in projects and technical systems
• good understanding of technical architecture and enterprise systems
• knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and standards
• high communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders
• good knowledge of report preparation and performance indicator tracking
• proficiency in English
