First Gulf Company announces its need for a Soft Services Manager to work in the Riyadh region. Important highlights include: Knowledge of infection prevention cleaning protocols, medical waste handling regulations, CBAHI/JCI environment of care standards, and 8 years of experience. We are looking for an experienced person to oversee housekeeping, waste and linen management services within a hospital environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage housekeeping, waste and linen management services. - Planning manpower requirements and employee schedules. - Conduct quality audits and monitor key performance indicators. - Coordination with the hospital infection control committee. - Training and supervising employees. - Ensure adherence to hospital standards and infection prevention protocols. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business Administration/Health Sciences. - It is preferable to obtain an infection control or housekeeping management certificate. - 8 years of relevant experience. -Experience in managing housekeeping/environmental services in hospitals. - Knowledge of infection prevention cleaning protocols, medical waste handling regulations, and CBAHI/JCI environment of care standards
