Technician-HVAC

Job description

POSITION SUMMARY Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control the temperature of the property. Monitor and analyze energy and utility use. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install and maintain piping assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Conduct routine maintenance for pools and spas. Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures; Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensures official and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintains confidentiality of proprietary information, and protects company assets. Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards and anticipates and meets guests' service needs. Speak to others using clear, professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; Identify, recommend, develop and implement new methods to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety and/or cost savings. Up to overhead and under k nice. Moving in narrow or high places. Move on slopes, uneven or slippery surfaces. Move up and down ladders, service ramps and/or ladders. Grasp and shift objects of different sizes and weights Ha and deal with it. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing items weighing more than 100 pounds. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements

• Education: Technical, commercial or vocational school certificate.
• Relevant work experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: EPA Global Certification
• Driving license
• HVAC certification
