Job description

Studies business needs and translates them into actionable AI solutions. Plans and organizes requirement‑gathering workshops. Analyzes business processes. Prepares requirement documents and converts goals into user stories and flowcharts. Tracks traceability matrix. Collaborates with AI engineers and solution architects to assess technical feasibility. Understands business rules and KPIs. Reviews UI/UX designs. Develops acceptance test plans. Manages requirements end‑to‑end including gap analysis and change management.

Requirements

• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall and hybrid delivery frameworks
• experience with requirement lifecycle management, gap analysis, risk management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑mapping skills
• excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and presentation abilities
• professional proficiency in English and preferably professional proficiency in Arabic
