Job description

Provide technical support to employees and resolve daily technical issues. Set up and maintain computers, printers and peripherals. Manage user accounts and permissions. Monitor network performance and report technical faults. Diagnose hardware, software, operating system and email issues and resolve them

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in technical support
• knowledge of IT fundamentals including hardware, networking, operating systems and email
• ability to diagnose and efficiently resolve technical faults
• strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills
