Job description
The role of the IT Support Specialist involves providing technical support to users. Tasks include: supporting users in using software and applications, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT assets and access, implementing endpoint security practices and IT service management guidelines
Requirements
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID management
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or ManageEngine or similar
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user issues
- IT Asset and Access Management
- Endpoint Security and ITIL practices
