Educational Program Manager

Job description

Responsible for developing and managing educational programs and products, ensuring their quality and impact. Key responsibilities include preparing annual program plans aligned with the organization’s strategy, establishing scientific and pedagogical standards, providing scientific advisory and recommendations to management, monitoring modern trends and innovation in education and product development, measuring program impact and continuously improving based on feedback, preparing scientific studies and reports, building relationships with experts, academics and specialists, supporting sales and marketing teams with content and scientific advisory, and contributing to technical proposals for educational projects and tenders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Teaching Methods, Educational Administration, Educational Psychology or related field
• at least 5 years’ experience in education, curriculum development, educational products or R&D with leadership experience
• experience managing multidisciplinary teams and building educational partnerships
• good knowledge of the Saudi education sector and its trends
• proficiency in Arabic and advanced English level
