Job description

Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller (1) - 8+ years of experience in the technical office. Typical duties of this profession: • Track and record all project or operational expenses • Prepare variance reports comparing budgeted vs. actual costs • Analyse cost drivers and recommend corrective actions to reduce waste • Ensure expenditures comply with Saudi tax and accounting regulations • Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to control budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional certification in cost accounting (e.g., CMA, CPA)
• Experience in cost control or management accounting
• Proficiency with ERP systems
