OT Security Manager

Job description

Leads Operational Technology (OT) and industrial cybersecurity consulting engagements to help clients protect critical industrial environments while maintaining safety, availability, and operational resilience. The role blends deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise with consulting leadership, client advisory, delivery management, and business development. Oversees programs covering OT security strategy, architecture, risk assessment, IT/OT convergence, and security implementation across complex industrial and critical infrastructure environments.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of cybersecurity, industrial automation or OT experience
• strong practical knowledge of industrial environments including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, historians and industrial control networks
• demonstrated experience delivering OT security assessments, architecture, transformation or implementation programs
• strong understanding of IT/OT network segmentation, industrial DMZs, firewalls, remote access, asset discovery, vulnerability management and OT security monitoring
• experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 within industrial environments
• understanding of cybersecurity considerations for legacy systems, industrial availability and process safety
• experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Transportation or other critical infrastructure sectors preferred
• strong consulting, stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities
• proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and complex client engagements
• experience supporting proposals, RFP responses, solution shaping and business development
• relevant certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, CISSP, CISM or equivalent are advantageous.
