Procurement Specialist

Job description

The construction company seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities for its projects. Execute and monitor purchase processes for projects. Identify suppliers and obtain price quotations. Compare offers and negotiate to achieve best prices and terms. Track material deliveries and coordinate with projects, warehouses, and relevant departments. Ensure supplied materials meet specifications and required quantities. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance. Prepare procurement reports and maintain purchase documentation

Requirements

• Saudi nationality
• academic qualification in Procurement Management, Supply Chain or related field
• prior experience in procurement within construction companies
• experience purchasing materials and supplies for construction projects
• good knowledge of suppliers, pricing and building materials
• ability to request and compare price offers and negotiate with suppliers
• experience issuing and tracking purchase orders and ensuring delivery schedules
• proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP experience preferred
• strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills
• accuracy, organization and punctuality
