AI Project Manager, Senior

Job description

The Senior AI Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of AI, computer vision, Generative AI and intelligent platform projects. Translates contractual commitments into measurable client outcomes while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and final acceptance. Serves as primary liaison among clients, AI and engineering teams, infrastructure, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals. Coordinates the full AI delivery lifecycle from discovery to launch and hyper‑care, prepares status reports and communicates daily with the client in English and Arabic.

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• proficiency in written and spoken Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of project delivery experience
• at least 2 years managing AI, analytics, computer vision, software/platform or complex integration projects
• strong knowledge of PMI‑aligned project management practices
• experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies
• practical understanding of AI/ML delivery lifecycles and technical dependencies
• experience with enterprise clients, vendors, SOWs, POs, project budgets, invoicing milestones and acceptance processes
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• proficiency with MS Project and Jira
• strong leadership, organization, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills
• ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and cross‑functional dependencies
• ability to maintain accurate project documentation and handle confidential information professionally
• willingness to work onsite with clients and travel within Saudi Arabia.
