Job description

The role includes providing technical support to users and handling technical issues. Diagnose computer hardware and peripheral failures and propose appropriate solutions. Support operation of operating systems and office software. Assist in network setup and connection configurations. Track technical tasks and ensure efficient operation of devices and systems

Requirements

• Diploma in IT technical support
• knowledge of basic computer hardware maintenance
• familiarity with operating systems and office software
• basic networking and connection configuration knowledge
• good problem diagnosis and resolution skills
