Lead Frontend Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer at Seera Group to join our team. The role involves leading and managing a team of developers, overseeing project activities, and managing technical project resources. Key responsibilities include discussing requirements, planning, design, running teams using Scrum methodology, and collaborating with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience including 2 years in leading a team
• Experience writing clean, solid, scalable and testable code
• Knowledge of modern JS frameworks (React.js is a must)
• Understanding of all major browsers and their quirks
• Understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms such as SASS
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical users
• Ability to multi-task and manage varying priorities
• Impeccable organizational skills and initiative
• Ability to work under deadlines and lead multiple projects
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
