Job description

An experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality management systems and ensure their effectiveness in entertainment projects. The leadership role is focused on developing quality strategies and improving processes to ensure the highest standards of performance. The Manager will guide the quality teams and apply best practices throughout all phases of the project. The goal is to raise the level of quality and enhance customer satisfaction in all leisure activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related discipline
• Leadership experience in quality assurance and operations management
• Accredited professional certificates in quality management are a preferential advantage
