Workplace Operations Analyst

Job description

As a Workplace Operations Analyst at the employer Investment Company, you will help optimize workplace efficiency. Your main duties include analyzing data, generating reports, and delivering actionable insights to shape workplace strategies and boost operational effectiveness. You will work with multiple teams to align workplace operations with corporate goals and employee satisfaction. • Oversee day-to-day building operations, including facility management and maintenance activities. • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability. • Supervise service providers and ensure SLA compliance on-site. • Track building performance (MEP systems, utilities, safety systems) and address operational gaps. • Support budgeting, cost control, and maintenance planning for the building.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or Building Services) or related field
• 3 years experience in operational analysis, workplace management, or a similar role
• proficient in MEP systems, preventive maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle management
• good understanding of FM contracts, vendor management, and regulatory compliance
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
