Mechanical Engineer

Job description

Manage mechanical safety systems, fire, smoke suppression and stair pressurization in accordance with Saudi building codes, ASHRAE standards, the National Fire Protection Association and international standards. Handle acoustic and vibration control requirements. Conduct mechanical testing, adjustment, balancing, commissioning and handover. Operate chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units and heat exchangers. Supervise chilled water pipelines, insulation, valves, control systems and distribution of HVAC, ventilation and air cooling

Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and coordination of Building Information Modeling
