Job description

The Senior IT Specialist supports and ensures the smooth operation of technical systems in a national company within the technical services sector, works with the Jasr, Fedems, and Omni systems, manages and follows up on systems and resolves technical issues, and communicates and coordinates with departments and users to meet their needs

Requirements

• Experience with the Jasr system
• Experience with the Fedems system
• Experience with the Omni system
• Ability to manage and follow up systems and resolve technical issues
• Good communication and coordination skills with departments and users
• Saudi nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least one year of practical experience in the IT field
