The role involves providing technical support to employees, monitoring devices and technical systems, diagnosing and resolving technical faults and issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, managing network and internet connectivity, assisting in the administration and maintenance of IT systems, and documenting and following up on technical reports and issues

Requirements

• Holder of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least one year of experience in the IT field
• Good knowledge of operating systems, networks, and computer hardware
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Good communication and user service skills
• Proficiency in English
