Job description
Responsible for leading daily operations, supervising the team, tracking technical projects and ensuring their progress according to plans. Full oversight of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, servers and Microsoft 365 suite. Ensure continuity and efficiency of IT services and operations within the company
Requirements
- Experience in leading or supervising technical teams
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience managing Windows Server and Linux servers
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 suite
- Practical knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL methodologies
- High organizational skills and ability to analyze and resolve issues
